Opportunity to help orphans!

Dear supporters, friends, and family,

I recently received an e-mail from Angelina (close friend and interpreter) from Ukraine. She is currently working with orphans specifically with adoptions. The organization that she works with is working very diligently to find families for children to be hosted for about 3 weeks in either June or July. Hosting programs oftentimes lead to adoption, and it also gives children an alternative to government run camps and provides them the opportunity to experience a family for the first time. Several families had been found, but many have canceled for whatever reason. Paperwork had been started for many of the children already, so now they are trying to find families to host these children. The children can be hosted by families in any state. They need to find about 15 to 20 families by January 25th. There are other hosting organizations, but this one hits close to home as the children being hosted are kids that I worked with directly during the year long stint. If you have ever thought about adoption and would like to help orphans from Ukraine, please consider this opportunity. There are families currently hosting children from Ukraine starting the adoption process who I am in contact with who I am sure would be glad to answer questions, and of course, I am always available. There are also others who have completed the adoption process who would be willing to share their wealth of knowledge based on experience as well.
